How are payments structured?

Typically we structure payments in milestones: 30% upfront to commence work, 30% upon design approval/mid-point, and 40% upon final delivery and deployment. We can adjust this for larger enterprise projects.

Do you charge hourly or fixed-price?

Most of our projects are fixed-price based on a tightly defined scope of work. This protects you from runaway budgets. For ongoing work or undefined scopes, we offer dedicated monthly retainers.

What happens if we want to add features mid-project?
